Hey--I'd red this yesterday and thought of you and your blog--so what do you think, necessary safeguards or more regulation that just makes life harder for responsible breeders. My thought was that if they really care, they need more than just 12 inspectors for the whole state.

ReplyDeleteI think they need to step it up if they really want to make a change. 12 for the whole state is pretty inexcusable.
